What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the face of the community and be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities
- Responding promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Explaining lease terms, rental qualifications, and community policies
- Processing rental applications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Building positive relationships with residents and addressing concerns professionally
- Supporting resident retention initiatives and community events
- Assisting with marketing efforts and outreach activities
- Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and competitive properties
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies

Qualifications
✅ Previous apartment leasing experience required
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
