BG Staffing is partnering with a well-established community to hire an experienced Leasing Consultant / Recertification Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resident interaction, leasing activities, and compliance-focused work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing activities including tours, applications, screenings, and move-ins
• Manage annual and interim recertifications
• Ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC program requirements
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Collaborate with property management and onsite teams

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing experience required
• HUD and LIHTC experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of income certifications and compliance processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software a plus
