BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA! If you have apartment maintenance experience and take pride in preparing homes for new residents, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
• Complete painting, touch-ups, and general repairs
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
• Ensure apartments meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Remove trash and debris from units as needed
• Assist with grounds maintenance and community upkeep
• Work closely with the maintenance team to complete unit turns efficiently

Qualifications

✅ Previous apartment maintenance or make ready experience preferred

✅ Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs

✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

✅ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

✅ Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials
