Position Details

• Position: Apartment Leasing Consultant
• Location: Richmond, VA 23225
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Schedule: Rotating schedule
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (required)
• Employment Type: Contract and Contract-to-Hire opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with community tours and leasing information
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Process rental applications, prepare lease documentation, and maintain accurate resident records
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage daily office communications
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
• Assist with daily leasing office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Experience with Knock, EliseAI, and RealPage (OneSite) is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
