Make Ready Technician – Property Management

Location: San Antonio ,Tx

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. If you take pride in turning units quickly and delivering clean, move‑in‑ready spaces, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Complete make-ready turns, including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and touch‑ups
• Inspect units and identify items needing repair or replacement
• Install or repair appliances, fixtures, blinds, hardware, and flooring as needed
• Ensure all units meet company quality standards before move‑in
• Assist with general maintenance tasks when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate progress and needs with the maintenance supervisor

What You Bring

• Experience in apartment make-ready, maintenance, or general labor
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and meet turn deadlines
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
