BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in San Marcos TX (78666). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing clean, move‑in‑ready apartment homes and enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refresh apartment units for new residents
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:
  • Painting and touch‑ups
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Light electrical work
  • Appliance checks and minor fixes
• Clean and restore units after move‑outs
• Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness
• Ensure all work meets community quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic repairs and unit turns
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the maintenance team
