BG Staffing is now hiring a Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities in Elgin. If you’re a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety and steady work, this role is for you!

📍 Work Schedule:

• Tuesdays & Thursdays: Site #1 – Elgin
• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: Site #2 – Elgin

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and appliance repair
• Prepare units for move‑in (make‑ready/turns)
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Dependable transportation between sites
• Professional, team‑oriented attitude
