BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Schaumburg, IL. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician looking for a part-time or full time weekday schedule.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

• $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete routine apartment maintenance and repair work orders
• Assist with unit turns and general upkeep
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC-related tasks
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support the onsite team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and professional demeanor
