🏡 What You’ll Do:

• Tour prospects and close leases with confidence
• Work daily in AppFolio (applications, guest cards, follow-ups)
• Handle resident communication with professionalism
• Maintain strong occupancy & customer satisfaction
• Keep the leasing office energized and organized

✔ Prior apartment leasing experience

✔ Strong sales + customer service skills
