This role is perfect for someone who brings strong leasing experience, excellent customer service skills, and confidence using modern property management software. AppFolio and Knock experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours
• Manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move‑in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain organized resident files and accurate office records
• Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach
• Utilize property management software for leasing tasks
  • Preferred: AppFolio and Knock

Requirements

• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Preferred: Experience with AppFolio and Knock
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
