Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and email
• Conduct property tours and effectively present community features and amenities
• Process rental applications, leases, and required documentation accurately
• Maintain resident files and update property management systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with prospects
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Basic computer and data entry skills
