BG Staffing is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Largo, FL (33774). This role is ideal for someone with strong leasing experience, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with modern property management software. AppFolio and Knock experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours
• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and organized office records
• Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach
• Utilize property management software for leasing tasks
  • Preferred: AppFolio and Knock

Requirements

• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Preferred: Experience with AppFolio and Knock software
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
