Leasing Agent – Property Management

Location: Fairfield, CA 94533

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay Range: $22-23 per hur

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and build rapport with prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
• Process applications, verify documents, and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Assist with resident relations and renewals
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and community events
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer proficiency (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software a plus)
