Leasing Agent – Property Management

Pay: $23-$24 per hour

Location: Tacoma, WA 98402

We’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team. If you enjoy helping people find their next home and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins
• Assist applicants with leasing paperwork, applications, and screenings
• Maintain accurate records, files, and daily reports
• Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy
• Support resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Help with marketing, social media posts, and community events

Qualifications

• Leasing or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and property management software
• Professional, friendly, and goal‑driven
• Able to work weekends as needed
