Maintenance Supervisor – Property Management Thibodaux, LA 70301

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor with strong multifamily experience to lead our maintenance operations. If you’re HVAC‑certified, experienced in team leadership, and committed to maintaining a high‑quality living environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, and team scheduling
• Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 2+ technicians
• Perform and supervise repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate vendor services
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready processes to support occupancy goals
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule

Qualifications

• HVAC Certified (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily maintenance
• Experience supervising a team of 2 or more people
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• CPO certification is a plus, but not required
• Student housing experience is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
