Certified Maintenance Technician- Property Management

Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066

schedule : Monday through friday

Pay: $23 -$24 per hour

We are a well‑established property management company committed to providing safe, clean, and well‑maintained communities. Our maintenance team is highly valued, and we’re looking for a certified, skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance tasks including HVAC troubleshooting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance diagnostics
• Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Lead or assist with make‑ready operations, including repairs, painting, and unit preparation
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with residents and management
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and property policies

Qualifications

• EPA Universal, HVAC Certification, or other relevant trade certification required
• 2+ years of maintenance or building systems experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and perform physical labor
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
