BG Staffing is now hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule
• Weekly pay

Pay:

• $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Plumbing repairs
• Drywall repair and patching
• Painting
• Groundskeeping and general maintenance
• Responding to work orders and on-call maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule
