BG Staffing is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Virginia Beach, VA.

Position Details:

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23454

Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Assist with unit turns
• Address work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Support the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
