Location: Ashland, VA 23005 (Scattered Sites)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team in the Ashland, VA area. This role will support multiple scattered sites, so dependable transportation is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing vacant units for new residents
• Performing basic maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ensuring units meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in

Requirements:

• Previous make ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Must have own transportation
• Valid, current Driver’s License required
• Ability to work independently and travel between sites
