BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Franklin, IN.

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Call: Possibility of on-call rotation as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare vacant units for move-in
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls when on call
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation if needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude
