Administrative Compliance Technician (Bilingual Korean Required)

Put your administrative and compliance skills to work in a fast‑moving property management setting. BGSF is seeking a detail‑driven professional who can support residents, manage documentation, and bring bilingual Korean/English expertise to a thriving community.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle annual and interim recertifications for residents
• Assist with resident communication and daily inquiries
• Prepare, distribute, and post required community notices
• Create and organize lease violation documentation
• Process move‑in applications and ensure all compliance paperwork is complete

What You Bring

• Fluent in Korean and English (required)
• Experience in property management or affordable housing compliance is a plus
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Professional communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to manage sensitive information and meet deadlines
