Lead Maintenance Supervisor (Certified) – Part‑Time Contract

Put your leadership and technical expertise to work in a part‑time supervisory role supporting a multifamily community. This contract assignment is ideal for a certified maintenance leader who can oversee operations, ensure property standards, and step in hands‑on when needed.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85023

Pay Rate: $26–$27/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Part‑Time

Position Type: Contract Assignment

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations on assigned days
• Supervise maintenance activities including work orders and make readies
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
• Inspect vacant units, common areas, and grounds for safety and quality
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards
• Communicate maintenance needs and updates to property leadership

Qualifications

• Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required
• Lead or supervisory maintenance experience required
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and lead by example
• Reliable attendance and professional communication skills
