Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract

This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Leasing Consultant who can confidently manage tours, close leases, and support daily leasing operations.

Location: Mesa AZ 85203

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Saturday | 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Job Description

• Lease apartment homes by conducting tours and closing leases
• Provide professional customer service to prospects and residents
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and local market conditions
• Process applications and leasing documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Utilize property management software to track leads and leasing activity

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong sales and closing skills to support occupancy goals
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and professional presentation
