🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

BG Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support three apartment communities in the Sheboygan area. This is a steady, weekday position with consistent hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), painting, drywall, and appliance repairs
• Prepare apartments for move-ins (turns/make-readies)
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work independently across three assigned sites

Requirements

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Reliable transportation between properties
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• $22.00/hour
