BG Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a well-established apartment community located in Indianapolis, IN (46240). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing apartments and driving occupancy
• Greeting and assisting prospective residents
• Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
• Providing excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Assisting with day-to-day needs of the property and office
• Supporting property staff with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished appearance (business professional attire required)
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working occasional Saturdays
