BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a contract position supporting an apartment community in Mount Prospect, IL. This is a part-time, consistent schedule ideal for a skilled maintenance professional looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Perform make-ready/turn work including painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Requirements

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and dependable work ethic
