We’re seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Technician to support a residential community with daily maintenance operations and unit turns. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who enjoys staying active and contributing to a well‑maintained property.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready work
• Complete basic maintenance work orders
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
• Support preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and move‑in‑ready community

What We’re Looking For

• Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certification not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work

Job Details

• Location: Seattle, WA 98146
• Pay: $25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate
