BG Staffing is seeking an EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community located at:

📍 500 Bigleaf Maple Way

Westfield, IN 46074

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who is comfortable supporting daily maintenance operations and keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
• Position Type: Full-time
• Start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests
• Perform make-ready/turns between residents
• Provide general maintenance assistance as needed
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including exterior upkeep
• Clean and maintain trash compactor and dumpster areas
• Pick up trash and debris around the community
• Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional property appearance

Requirements (Experience Required)

• Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Must be comfortable performing service, turns, grounds, and cleanup duties
• Standard maintenance attire required
• Own tools preferred (many tools are available onsite, but not everything)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
