Pay: $18/hr

Job Description

• To complete work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• To prepare units for move‑ins (make ready)
• To troubleshoot maintenance issues quickly and safely
• To ensure property upkeep and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Own tools required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (for HVAC work)
• Ability to complete general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Reliable and able to work the listed schedule
