This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance technician who enjoys a mix of technical work and hands‑on community upkeep. If you’re EPA‑certified, comfortable with CPO responsibilities, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to help keep the property looking its best, this role offers steady hours and long‑term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance repairs with a focus on HVAC systems
• Assist with pressure washing wood stairways and breezeways
• Support grounds upkeep as needed
• Clean and maintain fitness center and clubhouse areas
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑kept community
• Assist with timely and accurate completion of work orders and service tickets

What We’re Looking For

• EPA certification required
• CPO certification preferred
• Prior apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to assist with grounds and common area cleaning
• Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented

• Location: Mebane, NC 27302
• Pay: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1‑hour lunch
• Start Date: March 30
• Opportunity: Contract‑to‑Hire for the right candidate
