What You’ll Do

• Assist with unit turns / make‑ready work
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Support preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep

What We’re Looking For

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on repair skills
• Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently

• Pay: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: April 1
