What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with routine grounds and porter duties
• Help ensure the community remains clean and presentable

What We’re Looking For

• Groundskeeping or porter experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working a 3‑day weekly schedule

• Schedule: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
