Position Overview

You will help maintain the overall appearance of the apartment community by performing routine grounds and light upkeep tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, values flexibility, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Use a golf cart to move efficiently around the community
• Support general grounds and upkeep needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping, porter, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working a part-time schedule
