Position Overview

You will help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the apartment community by handling daily grounds and light upkeep tasks. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical, outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with light maintenance or turnover support as needed
• Help ensure the community remains safe, clean, and presentable

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping, porter, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Able to follow directions and work independently

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
