Job Description

• To assist with HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
• To complete work orders promptly and accurately
• To perform basic property maintenance tasks as needed
• To uphold safety and quality standards across the community
• To communicate professionally with residents and onsite teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified HVAC experience
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues
• Ability to complete property maintenance repairs independently
• Experience managing and completing work orders efficiently
• Must have own tools
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and dependability
• Experience in multifamily or residential maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy property environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
