Job Description

• To oversee daily operations and ensure smooth community performance
• To manage rent collection, delinquency control, and financial reporting
• To support leasing efforts and drive occupancy goals
• To supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendor activity
• To address resident concerns and maintain high property standards

Required Skills

• Multifamily apartment property management experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of rent collection, delinquency management, and operations
• Experience supervising staff and vendors
• Ability to stabilize operations during transitions
• Familiarity with property management software
• Strong problem‑solving and resident‑relations skills
