Job Description

You will oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance for a multifamily apartment community.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead all property operations to support occupancy and retention
• Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt service and communication
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Oversee rent collection, reporting, and lease compliance
• Support leasing goals through tours, renewals, and move‑in processes

Required Skills

• Apartment industry experience required
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
• Ability to resolve resident issues with professionalism
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Pay & Schedule

• $28–$30/hr DOE
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Contract role through BGSF
