Job Description

• Prepare make‑ready units (painting, repairs, cleaning)
• Maintain grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• Support plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry needs
• Follow scheduled tasks and safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal
• 1+ year of maintenance experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or technical/vocational training
• Ability to read instructions, write basic reports, and perform simple math
• Strong customer service and communication skills
