Experienced Apartment Property Manager

M–F | 8am–5pm | Contract-to-Hire | $25–$26/hr

Job Description

• To oversee daily property operations and ensure high resident satisfaction
• To manage leasing activity, renewals, rent collections, and delinquencies
• To maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
• To supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendor services
• To monitor budgets, prepare reports, and support financial performance

Required Skills

• Strong experience as an Apartment Property Manager
• Knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing, rent collection, scheduling, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and onsite operations
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, Entrata, AppFolio, etc.)
• Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities
