Job Description

You will support the Property Manager with tax‑credit compliance, administrative operations, resident communications, and daily property management tasks in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist with LIHTC and RAD compliance documentation
• To support leasing, recertifications, and resident files
• To provide professional customer service to residents and applicants
• To help maintain organized records and daily office operations
• To assist with rent collection, notices, and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LIHTC and RAD program experience required
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Previous property management experience
