Lead Maintenance Supervisor (EPA Certified)

Location: Mount Dora, FL

Pay: $23/hr | Schedule: Full-Time | Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Step into a leadership role and keep this community running at its best! BGSF is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor with EPA Type II or Universal certification to oversee maintenance operations and ensure top-quality service for residents.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
• Complete and oversee work orders and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead tech
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation and tools required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
