Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Contract to Hire

Location: Branson, MO

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Take charge and lead a maintenance team at a distressed property! This is a hands-on leadership role where your organizational skills and technical expertise will make a big impact. If you’re ready to manage others and tackle challenges head-on, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a maintenance team to meet property goals
• Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks effectively
• Perform and supervise plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations
• Communicate with property management on progress and needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Hands-on expertise in plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must have own tools
