Certified Maintenance Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $21/hr

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Previous maintenance experience in property management preferred
