Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

Location: Huntsville, AL

Pay: $22/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and EPA standards
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification OR EPA Type II/Universal required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
