Location: McCordsville, IN

Schedule: Friday 10a.m.-6p.m., Saturday 10a.m.-5p.m. & Sunday 1p.m.-5p.m.

Pay: $17–$18/hour

Now Hiring: Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Do you have a passion for people and a talent for sales? Whether you’re a customer service pro or have a background in leasing, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and ready to make a great first impression.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and show apartment homes
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and filing
• Submit service requests and help resolve resident concerns
• Complete application and lease paperwork
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Support resident retention initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience preferred
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Team-player attitude and willingness to take direction
• Excellent customer service skills
