Pay Range: $30–$35/hr

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Software Requirement: Yardi experience required

Job Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Oversee leasing and renewal strategies
• Plan and manage annual budgets
• Process and code invoices
• Complete monthly financial and occupancy reports
• Lead team to meet leasing and maintenance goals
• Manage eviction and move-out processes
• Maintain occupancy, revenue, and retention goals

Requirements:

• Onsite multifamily property management experience required
• Experience with Yardi software
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Proven conflict management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to assist with community projects
