About the Role: Bilingual Leasing Consultant

If you enjoy working with people and have a talent for building rapport, this role is a great fit. You'll be responsible for assisting prospective residents, managing daily office operations, and supporting leasing goals for the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries and complete application paperwork
• Answer phone calls and perform light administrative tasks (filing, making coffee, etc.)
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Submit maintenance requests on behalf of residents
• Support resident retention initiatives
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office atmosphere

What You Bring

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience required
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon is a plus
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player mentality with the ability to follow direction
• Friendly and customer-focused approach to residents and coworkers
