Now Hiring: Part-Time Maintenance Technicians

Do you have maintenance experience or a background in construction or renovation? We’re looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to take direction. This role will involve completing a variety of service requests (excluding HVAC-related work).

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and complete general apartment service requests
• Perform light plumbing and electrical work (preferred)
• Replace or repair light bulbs, locks, and filters
• Install and repair appliances
• Conduct interior/exterior painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair
• Assist with pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work well on a team and follow direction
• Own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
