OPPORTUNITY for Maintenance Technicians in May's Landing, NJ!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Pay rate: $20-21/hr.

Do you have construction or renovation experience? Do you have maintenance skills? Whatever your skill set is, we have the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. You will help complete apartment Turns & Service Requests at the property and should be comfortable with light general labor duties.

Maintenance Job Duties

• Help complete unit turns and respond to service requests
• Perform light spackling, painting, and trim work
• General labor support around the property
• Light knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Troubleshoot and complete basic apartment maintenance requests
• Change/repair light bulbs and locks
• Install and repair appliances
• Perform light drywall repair, caulking, and interior/exterior painting
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing of breezeways/parking lots

Maintenance Job Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with other community projects
• Great team player with a can-do attitude
• Own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools a PLUS
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Friendly, customer service-oriented approach to residents and staff
