Pay Range: $20–$21/hour

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians

Do you have construction or renovation experience? Do you have maintenance skills? Whatever your background, we have a position for you. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to complete service requests efficiently and professionally, including HVAC-related tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Change and repair locks, light fixtures, and appliances
• Perform interior and exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs
• Handle pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general groundskeeping duties

Job Requirements:

• HVAC / EPA Certification required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to support additional community projects
• Ability to work independently or take direction as needed
• Must own a set of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Must maintain a customer service-oriented and professional attitude
